CUSTOM DESIGN

We believe that Invitations/Announcements are works of art that should be unique and represent your story, personality and the special event. Whether your a small business, bride, parent, or even planner we will create something to match your vision and budget.

Dearly Noted can create an event brand that is carried throughout every detail of your special event. From programs, favors to decor. Everything will be made to reflect your overall brand or theme.

Below are the steps to creating the perfect paper goods for your special occasion.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Tell us about your personal story. What is your style? Do you have any inspiration such as magazines, photos, sketches, or colors? What is your budget? This is the best way to make sure we are on the same page.

ESTIMATE

Once we have all the details, we will give you an estimate, which is based on paper stock, printing, quantity, special materials and intricacy of the design.

DESIGN

Once we receive 50% of the deposit we will work one on one with you to create the perfect design. You will receive a PDF of at least three concepts for the main invitation. After you review and finalize the design and concept for the main invitation, we will then proceed to create proofs of the remaining pieces and inserts to make a cohesive design suite.

PROOFING

Within 2 weeks you will be emailed a PDF proof of the complete invitation. Look over the proofs very carefully for spelling errors, typos and any information that has changed. Unlimited revisions are included, but it rarely takes more than three proofs. Your balance is due upon proof approval for printing to begin.

PRODUCTION

Printing time will take about two weeks after proof approval. If you choose to have us to do assembly allow another week.

PAPERS

Our standard papers for digital printing are 118lb. cotton (white or cream), 107lb. shimmer (white or cream), and brown kraft. For letterpress we offer 110lb cotton (white, pearl or ecru) We offer many other types of papers in different weights, textures and colors, and only show the basic selection here. If you have special requests let us know.

POCKETS

Many clients love the option of having the invitation and extra information all together in a pocket. We offer many styles and sizes. Check out our colors page or click here to view all our color options for these pockets. Please keep in mind that pockets add additional weight to your invitations which can incur additional postage.
